Lathrop International is a security consulting and intelligence firm operating as an independent advocate for our clients. We are not tied to any vendor, product line, or referral fee arrangement, and our recommendations are made in the client’s interest.
2. Description of Services

Scheduling a consultation does not, by itself, create a client relationship or an obligation on either party to enter into a paid engagement. ● We reserve the right to reschedule or decline any requested consultation at our discretion, including where a request falls outside the scope of our practice or our capacity to take on new engagements.

If you provide a mobile number and check the applicable box(es) on our scheduling or contact forms, you consent to receive text messages from Lathrop International as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
● You may separately opt in to (a) non-marketing messages about appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and consultation reminders, and (b) marketing messages and emails, such as newsletters and updates.
● Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
● Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of a given messaging program at any time.
● Consent to receive text messages is not required to use our Services or to engage Lathrop International for consulting work.

AND ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO OBLIGATIONS SET OUT IN A SEPARATE SIGNED ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT, WHICH WILL GOVERN TO THE EXTENT OF ANY CONFLICT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
